Meet Dorothy Horton, Founder
Established in 2017, Quality Care Senior is led by Dorothy Horton, whose work in the health industry spans more than 20 years. Dorothy’s background includes registered medical assistant training, a bachelor’s degree in health science, and an associate degree in business administration.
As a licensed in-home care provider, Dorothy understands the value of human interaction and communication. The QCS team brings professional training, CPR and first-aid preparation, and a heart for supporting people with respect and warmth.
QCS is a non-medical organization providing companionship, daily-living support, respite, specialized dementia support, and assistance alongside families and healthcare professionals.
