Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. The Client hereby authorizes, releases, and/or otherwise consents to the Client riding to and from any ride by way of a private vehicle driven by Quality Care Transport. Quality Care Transport, as well as its directors, administrators, employees, or other agents, is specifically released of any and all liability if the client is injured while driving or riding in such a private vehicle. The Client hereby agrees to release and forever discharges Quality Care Transport, as well as its directors, administrators, employees, or other agents, from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees for injury to the client resulting from, growing out of, caused by, or arising in any manner out of private transportation. By proceeding, you acknowledge and consent to Quality Care Transport Wavier.
