Courtyard Flow with Bee Humble Studio

Second Saturdays are back! Join us in a special courtyard slow flow which will take place the 2nd Sat of the month from March-November. This yoga class is a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement. The class is perfect for beginners.
